I feel like ogame doesn't really give you the opportunity to communicate freely with other people (I hate the mailbox). Our forums don't seem like they are doing it either. Well, I think that in an alliance there must be some rules for the good development of it.
I think we should make some rules and obey them.

Activity in the game and in the forum is vital. Respect too. It's not difficult to make some.

any1 no what espionage level you need to be able to get data on players fleets and defence??
